Description

The Rogues (street gang). They are better organized, funded and armed than they should be. They have radios, sentries, and submachineguns (Uzis mostly). They seem to be doing their very best to run the neighbourhood into the ground.

Why is it a danger to you?

They have made several attempts to run Joe out of the neighbourhood. He owns a large, rundown warehouse right in the centre of the neighbourhood. If they could force him out, then many of the remaining holdouts would go too. Joe’s warehouse is where I go for repair and recharging. The technology is highly specialized and would be hard to replace.

What is the biggest mystery about it?

Who are the Rogues working for? They have no use for buildings.
