The “Oathkeepers” appeared in the bronx, just a few months after the city declared the district a war zone (see below at neighbourhood section). You can easily recognize these masked costumed “do gooders” because they all drive matching armored patrol cars. I don't know how many of them they are, but they're trying to convince the local population that peace & order aren’t just for the movies.
